2025 Submit Poster Presentation

Submit a poster presentation for the 19th Annual Conference in Birmingham, Alabama.  All chosen participants must register for the conference.  Deadline is August 29th.

Poster packets should include:

1.) Upload your abstract in pdf format.Include:

a. Title of Presentation
b. 3 learning objectives
c. Presenter's name

2.) Head shot photo.
