NPAA PAC Drawdown Rules

1.        Only 199 tickets will be sold.  All numbers “SOLD” will be drawn.  Any numbers not sold will be “VOIDED” and placed on the Board before the drawing begins.  The last number drawn wins $5,000.00.
2.        The first ticket drawn will be placed back in the Fundraiser Drum for a second drawing.
3.        The Fundraiser will be stopped when there are 4 tickets remaining.  One ticket will be raffled off during the Fundraiser for $10.00 per chance and will be drawn for at this time.  The winner of the raffle will complete the ticket and it will be placed within the remaining 4 tickets and the Fundraiser will resume.
4.        Each representative of the remaining tickets will be given the option to split the prize.  The decision to split will go to the majority vote.
5.        Prize proceeds will be paid to the representative(s) of the winning number(s).  Once funds have been disbursed to the representative(s) of the winning ticket(s), the Fundraiser committee ceases any further responsibility.  There will be no change or exceptions to the rules.

• Insurance Rules

1.        Each ticket may be insured ONE time at the cost of $20.00 per ticket. 
2.        If an insured ticket is drawn it will be put back in unless it is the “Final Four”.
3.        All insurance is VOID for the “Final Four” Tickets
4.        The NPAA count shall be the official “COUNT” in determining the “Final Four” tickets.
